Market Farm — Privacy and purchase terms
Provided by Buytitude LLC. Updated October 29, 2026. Contact: support@buytitude.com.
Your farm stays on your device
The game, characters, coins, settings, stock and progress are stored on your device. No game account, game server or ChatGPT subscription is required to play. We do not upload your farm to Buytitude. The game and this policy are included in the app and can be read offline. Internet is needed for advertising, purchases, restoring purchases and checking purchase status.
Backups and deletion
Use Export farm backup to save a copy in a location you choose before changing phones. Farm backups do not include or transfer paid entitlements. Uninstalling or clearing app data deletes the local farm. Delete exported copies separately. We cannot recover a farm that stays only on your device. Contact support for privacy questions.
Advertising and data
The free game includes a small bottom banner and occasional full-screen ads at completed-round or goal summaries. Reward videos are optional and never required for normal farming. Google AdMob and its partners may collect and share your IP address and approximate location, advertising/app/device identifiers, app interactions, ad views and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Google encrypts these exchanges in transit. Premium removes all advertisements and offers its included boosts without videos.
Your choices and audience
Market Farm is intended for ages 13 and older. It has no chat, precise-location permission, game account or user-generated content. Ad requests use conservative age-restricted treatment, non-personalized ads and PG creative limits. A legacy under-13 choice continues to disable ads. Google handles regional consent and privacy choices; required choices can be reopened in Settings. Manage or reset your advertising ID in Android settings. Google controls retention of its advertising and transaction records. See https://policies.google.com/privacy.
One-time Premium purchase
The US base price is $9.99 for a non-consumable one-time Premium upgrade for Market Farm. Google Play shows your local price, any applicable taxes and final total before confirmation. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge for this product. Premium removes banners and full-screen ads, unlocks all five characters and the Estate outfit, and includes 2× sales plus timed 3× boosts without videos. Land and shops still progress through gameplay. This purchase applies to Market Farm, not other Buytitude apps.
Payment and restore
Google Play handles payments; Buytitude does not receive card information. The app keeps signed purchase receipts locally and verifies purchase status through Google Play when connected. Pending payments do not unlock benefits until confirmed. Restore purchases with the same Google Play account. A verified one-time purchase can be used offline; refunds or revocations are applied when Play status is successfully checked. A successful empty owned-purchase result removes the corresponding entitlement. Refunds follow Google Play policies and applicable consumer rights.
Existing subscribers
The earlier monthly and yearly offers are no longer offered to new buyers in this version. Existing subscribers keep their purchased benefits while their subscription is active. Subscription status uses a maximum 72-hour offline verification window. Manage or cancel any existing subscription in Google Play; uninstalling the app does not cancel it. Buying or restoring the one-time upgrade does not automatically cancel a pre-existing subscription.
Public copies and support
The intended public copies are https://apps.buytitude.com/privacy/market-farm/ and https://apps.buytitude.com/terms/market-farm/. Support: support@buytitude.com. These pages contain no game account and are not required to load the farm. Future changes to data practices or purchase terms will be reflected here and in the app before they apply.
